Reviews and Ratings
The hotel room with a king-size bed was bigger than we expected and had all the equipment we needed, but unfortunately, it was dirty and really cold, and we couldn't switch off the cold. The service was exceptional, and the managers were very kind, despite some communication mishaps like being told the 'King Hilton guest room' isn't available. The location was okay but not the best, being surrounded by busy roads and flyovers, yet perfect for the sightseeing we wanted to do. The dining experience was standard for a 3-star hotel and could have offered more choices, though it lacked in taste.
The hotel was a bit disappointing with noisy rooms facing the atrium but did offer a cold swimming pool area. On the positive side, the hotel provided a complementary breakfast despite some service mishaps.
The hotel was clean and fully renovated, but the room was very tight and lacked complementary water upon arrival. The internal atrium was a nice touch.
The hotel has a good location with various dining options nearby. The rooms are comfortable with nice amenities, but noise can be an issue. The service is generally friendly but can be slow at times. The facilities are decent, though some aspects need improvement.
The hotel has a spacious double bed for the kids, and the toilet separate from the bathroom, answered with just the right amount of humor. The rooms face the lobby, which may not be ideal. The service was really helpful and enjoyable, although there were challenges in explaining things. The location, while convenient, may be a bit of a disappointment with small saunas and swimming pool. The dining experience is excellent with many choices but may involve sharing tables. The hotel facilities are satisfactory.
Staying on the executive floor, I enjoyed the renovated rooms with very comfortable beds, and the soundproofing was excellent. The hotel is a gem with a modern twist on Czech food, just a short walk away from the Old Town. However, the dining experience could be improved with better pricing and timing.
I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the hotel. The rooms were fantastic, with comfy and clean beds, warm showers, and an excellent breakfast at the HHonors executive lounge. However, some amenities like slippers, q-tips, toothpaste, and toothbrush were missing, and the room only had basic toiletries. The price was very cheap for what was offered.
The hotel had some positives like comfortable rooms with balconies, but the strong persistent tobacco smell was a major drawback. Despite friendly service, the heat and lack of fresh air made the stay uncomfortable.
The hotel is not the most modern place and gives off a smell of previous smoking, even in non-smoking rooms, but they are spacious, although a bit stuffy when the windows are closed. The service includes 24h portier protection, and the staff is friendly, offering a buy one drink, get one free deal at the sky lounge. The location is a bit far from the center, with disappointing saunas and swimming pools resembling public ones. Dining was overpriced at 26 euros per person but offered good quality and free parking. Facilities include a lovely swimming pool, sauna, and gym for relaxation.
I found my stay at the hotel to be quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious and well-renovated, with incredibly comfortable beds, but the website didn't fully match the reality. The service, particularly at the beer bar, was a bit hit or miss with some staff seeming overworked and slightly arrogant, while others were very polite and helpful, especially the concierge. The location was very good for a short stay, allowing for a quick walk around the city center, but it was a bit further from the main tourist areas. The dining options were okay but somewhat limited and a bit pricey, finishing early in the evening. The facilities were decent, meeting the basic needs for a comfortable stay.
The hotel is conveniently located near the metro, making it easy to explore the city, and the rooms are spacious and in good condition, perfect for families. While the Old Town area is a bit of a walk away, the friendly staff and clean rooms make up for it.
The hotel rooms were dark and depressing, but spacious. The service was slow, and the staff were not very helpful. The location was convenient but a bit far from the main attractions. The dining experience was comprehensive but lacked privacy. Overall, the facilities were decent.
The hotel has spacious and well-appointed rooms, but it can get quite crowded. The corner room provides a nice view, and rivals offer espresso and complimentary items. Service from the duty manager was very nice, but some staff members were unhelpful and rude. The location is wonderful for walking to the city center, although it's a bit surrounded by busy roads. The dining experience offers a wide selection of food, but it can be overpriced. The facilities are good, especially the warm calming water and Cloud 9 Sky bar.
I had a blast at the hotel with a garden view, but the room was a bit small with no toothbrush. The heat was working like crazy in mid-July, making it feel like a sauna. It sucked that there was no air conditioning.
The hotel rooms had a spacious double bed for the kids, although the non-smoking policy seems to have been overlooked since the 90s, as the smell was incredibly strong. The rooms were spacious and clean, but the view of the glazed atrium with no outside vistas was quite depressing.
